Reccomend a GOOD Learn-to-Speak-Spanish book-on-tape for me

Need to pick up Espanol QUICK. I have tried some tapes in the past, but they either got real boring or just plain were not that good.

What is the best Learn to speak Spanish book on tape out there?

Is it for travel or for business or for health care? I’ve seen books for all three. Health care is going to focus on doctor stuff (e.g. “Is this where it hurts?”). Travel is going to focus on tourist stuff (“Is this a cab?”). Etc.

Does it have to be on tape? If not, check out Rosetta Stone’s language software. Not boring, and it works.
