Recent hate crimes--relief fund?

I’d like to make a donation to a fund that’ll help victims of the recent hate crimes in America against Muslims and Arabs. Does anybody know of such a fund? I haven’t seen one on the internet yet. (Or can you tell me how to find out if one is reputable, if I do find one?)

Failing that, what non-profit groups work generally towards this goal?

You might try contacting the American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee.

I haven’t heard of any specific funds for these victims. However, you might want to direct your search through the ACLU. If no funds have been established, they will accept donations to support their particular causes. Be careful who you give your money to. Just as with the church burnings of a few years ago, there are many opportunists willing to cash in on the expectation of hate crimes. There has already been at least one deliberately false report involving a muslim business owner.

Let’s not forget that there are also funds to help the victims of the massive hate crime perpetuated by the mulsim terrorists.

How could I forget the September 11th victims?

This is probably more information than anybody cares to know, but I just received my tax rebate today and I’d like to do something worthwhile with the money. So I’m donating part of it to the Red Cross and looking for a group as I requested above. I want to make a gesture towards something for a better future as well as towards helping people recover from the horrible damage done.

I’m curious about this:

A false report of a hate crime or a fraudulent relief fund?

I’m going to donate to the ACLU. I like the Red-Cross and all but I think our biggest problems lie ahead.
