I read once (in a travel artile) about a restaurant in Florence) that seved pasta with all kinds of unusual sauces. One was a cream-based coffe flavored sauce. It sounded really delicious-anybody ever heard of this? They also had a lemon-cream sauce-that sounded good too!
Here is a recipe for spaghetti with an orange cream sauce which I’ve tried with lemon. Pretty tasty.
I’m off to look for coffee pasta now.
