Also works for dates. But it takes a lot of dates and a lot of bacon to use up very much cream cheese. You get sweetness with the cream cheese and bacon instead of heat. More of a winter treat, I think.

Grapes, mixed red and green, covered in cream cheese, maybe thinned with a little milk.
They seem rather bland to me. Brace it up with some yogurt or sour cream.
I was going to say to take however much cream cheese you have and make that much cheesecake, but this I love this recipe, too.
Blend cream cheese with chili, you get an easy but delicious chip dip.
Cream cheese mashed potatoes
Add a big gob of cream cheese to your next recipe of mashed potatoes and a little milk and/or potato cooking water. Mash it all together until the cream cheese melts into the potatoes. Various add-ins, according to your taste: chopped green onions, minced fresh garlic, cracked black pepper, bacon bits, grated parmesan.
I have one word for you - Rugelach!
Cream cheese is a great addition to tomato sauce over penne. I recommend putting a cup or 2 of sauce in a small pan and whisking in the cream cheese over low heat making sure it’s completely incorporated before adding it back to the rest of your sauce or you’ll never get all the cream cheese lumps out.
Sopapilla cheesecake. So dang easy. You need:
2 packages cream cheese
2 cans crescent roll dough
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tbsp ground cinnamon (or a bit more if you love cinnamon)
Use a mixer to mix the cream cheese with the vanilla and 1 cup of the sugar. Unroll 1 can of dough and press it, uncut, into the bottom of a 13x9 glass baking pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture over that. Unroll the other can of dough and lightly press on top. Pour the melted butter over it. Mix the rest of the sugar with the cinnamon, and sprinkle that all over the top.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, until the center is set. Slice it into bars when you’re ready to eat it. You can let it cool and eat, or cool, refrigerate, and eat, but oh man, is it good when it’s warm.
