Either my search foo is embarrassingly weak or the search function is just unhappy with me. I either get nothing found or a database error when I look for the thread that I’m sure has already been done on this. So I will just go ahead and ask again.
On a recent family vacation everyone of course had digital cameras. After lengthy discussions about how to share the pictures I decided what we really need is just an online photo sharing site.
What I’m looking for:
Multiple users able to upload and view photos, but not open to the public. Maybe everyone shares one user, or it needs to be simple to allow/block other users.
Easy to use. Several of the participants are not very web savvy.
Lots of space.
Easy to organize photos.
I’m willing to sign up for a pay site (within reason) but don’t expect the other users to have to pay.
Anyone have recommendations? Any to definitely stay away from? What is your favorite online photo sharing site? Do you think it would work for what I want to do?
