Recommend me an Internet radio station which allows me to put together my own station

I am currently using Last.FM which allows me to tag tracks which I ‘love’ and play them back. However, they are going to discontinue this feature, and I am looking for alternatives. I don’t mind paying, either.

And oh, the Internet radio station must be able to serve Singapore/Southeast Asia.
