I work with several Latin Americans. The one I work directly with is from Honduras and is a really nice guy and a very hard worker. He speaks very poor English but to improve his skills he is teaching me Spanish. I bought a CD from Best Buy that teaches me Spanish, yet still, between the two I am finding that it all sounds so alien. It is suggested that listening to the language helps in retaining the language.
So, I am going to buy some music CD’s and buy/rent movies that are in Spanish. Only problem is I don’t know of any.
Anybody have some recommendations on Music and Movies in Espanol?
Perhaps even a message board with a nice general chat area in spanish?
