Bolding mine. As I have said (3 or 4 times), the adopted HR policy for immidiate relatives and FIL and MIL is that an employee, is able to and expected to use 3 days emergency leave and up to 7 days sick leave. NOT vacation time (we don’t do personal days).
Thank you Chimera. I’m not going to record it. One of the reasons I thought about it is because my boss tends to blow up at the tinyest little thing. Sometimes. Sometimes he’s fine. Once he looses it, it’s best to just walk away. It’s the only thing to do. In any case, I do have witnesses from his last episode, and since his boss will be there at the next meeting, my boss should keep his cool. I almost wish he would blow up so that his boss could see what we are dealing with. I am not going to record. Bad, bad idea.
