I wouldn’t mind if Reeder put a little more effort into his OPs; sometimes they turn into interesting threads, but it’s not for any effort put in the OP. For once, I think duffer has a point.
Yeah, well, I have to agree. I’ve been as critical of Reeder as anyone, but he’s actually been somewhat better leately at bringing a bit of content to his posts, so I don’t get the need for this Pitting.
And again, I apologize for my first, exasperated comment. Not helpful at all.

I can’t say I like either Duffer or Reeder, so I can only hope they both injure each other badly in the scuffle, assuming Duffer gets his wish and Reeder bothers to fight with him.
Either way, I must note that Duffer’s impotent rage at those who disagrees with him is always good for a laugh.
Reeder is pulling a “Bill O’Reilly”, pretending to be an independent when it’s obvious where his loyalties are.
I wasn’t trying to start a fight with Reeder. I was asking for more of a rant in his pit threads than a link and a few words. That’s why the title has Pretty tame in it. It was really more a request than a rant, but no other forum was appropriate for it.
Now I’m off to find that damn post I mentioned. Fuck this is going to take awhile. I’ll try to remember to bring pie when I get back.

I hope I don’t anger the hamsters. I’m hitting some threads now as I’ve been gone for a couple nights. Ergo, muti-posts.
All rage is impotent unless you can physically do something about it. As this is a civil message board I don’t even threaten bodily harm. Just as almost all other Dopers. One of my arch-nemeses on these boards may meet me for a brew next month. I hope he can to show I can go off on someone and still be able to act in a civil manner while showing my charisma and friendliness and demonstrating that no matter your political stance, we’re people that may have common ground.
And if not, my charisma will save the day. I can almost guarantee if Desmo were to meet me, you’d see within 2 weeks him saying something complimentary about me.
I’m loveable. Just maybe not in a situation where electrons are what you see.
