Well, that didn’t take long. The thread in question is already closed, with an admonishment to make it a debate next time. I’m a little disappointed that I didn’t get to make fun of him a litle more, but maybe that will be a push in the right direction, one that Gaudere was a little reluctant to give him.

I’ve been registered for almost a year now, but I didn’t notice Reeder causing much fuss until fairly recently. Has he (it is a he, right?) been putting out Fark-grade political commentary for two and a half years without drawing my attention, or is this a somewhat recent development?
Thats an interesting observation, appletreats. I’ve been here a while, and also have only recently noticed these “dysfunctional” threads recently. I wonder if something happened in his life to trigger this behavior.
Reeder, if you are reading this, I wish you peace my friend. I’ve gone through some pretty rough patches lately myself, which I know have changed me permanently. I hope things are OK with you.
But I also wish you’d see that these threads you start do nothing but hurt your cause(s).
