Depends on the definition of “rape.” A woman could easily sexually assault a man.

One single female thinks sex with drunk man would be fun, gets other two roommates to help transfer drunk man to single female’s room (drunk male doesn’t wake up). Roommates leave, single female strips male, plays with various parts till they’re ready, hops on and goes to town. Male wakes up from drunken stupor to find himself having sex with someone he’s never even seen before (sex without consent = rape). Next day, asks what happened, and is told all this by the 3 females. Male thinks it’s really weird, but doesn’t make a big deal out of it.
