Reliable, non-propaganda information on illegal drugs?

Are there any websites that provide realistic, non exaggerated or minimized information on the effects and risk level of illegal drugs?

I have younger siblings who’ve learned that despite what church or D.A.R.E would have them believe, marijuana will not make you spontaneously combust upon the first toke. However, I’m a bit worried that they’ll conclude much harder drugs like meth or heroin are similarly harmless.

I won’t vouch for their claims, but THIS SITE seems less than hysterical.

Erowid is OK if you take it with a grain of salt. A lot of it is personal reports from drug users, which is better than D.A.R.E. but not nearly as good as actual controlled clinical research.
