It was quite the obession back in the day.
P.S., YT, anyone in an old thread (older than the past 30 days) that still has “Guest” under their name is no longer registered here. Also, no bumping the old threads – that’s very frowned-upon in these here parts. Just read, reminisce and enjoy! As for what forums I can be found in – it depends on my mood that day/week/hour – sometimes Cafe Society, if it’s about a show I’m watching or a great recipe I want to share; sometimes IMHO, because if there’s anything one can say for sure about me is that I’m full of opinions (and other things, I’m sure); or the BBQ Pit, if I’m feeling up for getting involved in some of the rants there. I post very rarely in GQ or GD, and never in the Cecil-related forums.

Not always… when I kamikazed, I got promoted back to the pinnacle. It all depended on your reasons and your strategies. I think a kamikaze on UncleBeer wouldn’t be so bad, what do you think?
But, I miss the good ol’ Pyroto days. I don’t suppose Tim will all of a sudden restart the game. I’d pay money to play Pyroto. That’s for sure.

I never pinnacled, but I was purple.
I did get eventually get bored with the game aspects of Pyroto, but there were some nice people there to converse with. I miss that part.

Great gods, I spent hundreds of hours there.
I was the last Magenta on Paz when the diasporia struck and the grey veil fell. I refused to migrate and was forceably moved losing a ton of esteem and levels.
So many people left the game then, me included. That and I realized I was neglecting the rest of my waking hours being logged in there or maintaining my teams lists.
It was fun while it lasted and that’s where I first learned of the teeming millions and came here to lurk for years.
Wow. I’d post a long reply on what dorks you all are, but I have to get over to my comic book store.

Well, I’ve played Pyroto in the before-time. Lost patience with it when the plebians overfed the mountain and I lost my high level. Besides, the sysop had loaded up the questions database with some really lame ones.
See that wasn’t boorish at all. It was genuinely funny.
