Help! I just tried to renew and there was some technical foul-up. When I went to enter my credit card info an error message pop-up appeared reading (in part) “Error-code -12227”. I forget what else it said. Anyway-- my deadline is 2 days from now and I’d like to keep my membership in good standing. Please advise.
ummmmmmmm… it looks like I misspelled “renewal”, didn’t I? Any mod please feel free to fix it. Or not. Thanks.

I’ve tried again and the same warning came up at every step. But this time I just kept clicking “OK” when it cam up and eventually the transaction went through (it said).
Now I have another problem. After it went through the receipt page said I was paid up through 2010! I didn’t mean to do that! I thought I was only paid though May 2008 and needed to re-up ASAP in order to be paid up through May 2009.
I’m confused now. Can you (anyone?) tell me if I have subscribed accidentally for too many years?
Please check that again; I’m showing you as subscribed through 2009. I don’t think you can resubscribe for more than one year currently.
