Republicans can just go straight to fucking hell

Just to repeat, while there are no posters in this thread in favor of violence, we do have a president who is.

He even says that when he heard that his fellow republican assaulted a reporter, he was concerned about it, but not due to the violence, but because that may cause his fellow right winger to lose the election. But, then the person who is the face of the republican party said that he knew that the violence may even help attract voters to his party.

Anyone who says they are turned off by violence should be running as far from the party that explicitly endorses violence from the very top as fast as they can.

To flesh out the quote a little bit

If violence really is a voter’s biggest concern, then one would think they’d want to oppose the party that continues to support, defend, and even celebrate by far the most rhetorically violent political official in the country. By far – no Democrat even comes close to the violence and hatred Trump espouses.

One party actually opposes that rhetorically violent politician. I would think that opposing violence would mean endorsing the party that’s in strong opposition to that rhetorically most violent official in the country.

I don’t know if you can justify your extrapolation there. Those who didn’t vote did not express their beliefs, they did not support the party. You are broadbrushing the republicans, and then asking if we agree with your broadbrushing.

There are many out there who are conservative in their views, and they not contemptible. Even those who voted to put Trump into office can be forgiven, should they realize the error of their ways and seek redemption by voting D in the next election.

Those who still actively support Trump and what he has turned the party into, yes, contemptible.

If you wish to “extrapolate” that to all republicans, that is your choice, if you want to make the case that all republicans are in lockstep support of Trump. I don’t have quite as dim of a view of those who have historically been in the republican party as you do, however.

Because they were bullshitting you. And then, having reached this conclusion, you bring them to us as truth-tellers. We should listen to them respectfully and with an open mind.

They didn’t pass mustard, so you didn’t include them. Good for you! Why were they there in the first place? These people you offer us as citation clearly don’t share your rigorous standards for truth. But given the bulk of stuff there, you must have dismissed those out of hand, tossed them aside. But the rest, you offer as* veritas*, evidence that no reasonable person can dismiss. More than that, as a numerical truth. empirical, fact-based, because they said so. And not five minutes previous, you caught them lying to you!

Il Douche stood up in front of a crowd of the adoring, and prodded them to approve a Congressgit that physically abused a reporter. I submit that the prominence of a man increases the responsibility of that man, that such crude and atavistic behavior in a “President” is far worse than from some dumb-ass schmuck in the street.

And the crowd cheered, as commanded.

Trump appeals to the worst in men, he presents violent and stupid as virile and manly. That is poisonous romantic drivel. Remember when Obama leaned over so that little black kid could touch his hair, see that it was just like his? Now, that is a man! Ecce homo.

Yeah, race relations would be great if “the left” didn’t insist on complaining when the police murder Black folks. Damn whiney liberals.

Thank you all for your time, I now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

That Congressgit that Il Douche praised, his name is Gianforte? Doesn’t that mean “John the Loud”? Ah, the poetry of coincidence!

And he’s still there. (if you are a Believer). That rich man is being tormented RIGHT NOW. 2000+ years of torture.

Makes me want to believe, knowing that trump and Cheney will get the same one day. Forever is a long time to stand in boiling blood. Or have a stick rammed up your ass.

IOW, not a leg to stand on.

Well, maybe if I saw his face.

Majority of 2017 extremist murders in US were committed by right-wingers: Report.

"By contrast, the 20 far-right extremist homicides mark a dramatic uptick from the year prior, with 59 percent of this year’s total being attributed to that category as opposed to only 20 percent in 2016. "

In fairness, who could possibly have predicted that emboldening Nazis would result in extremist violence.

Good thing, too. That happened to me once. It was disgusting.

The chairman of the Miami/Dade Republican Party took part in a Proud Boys attack on a Democratic Congressional candidate’s office.

(Repost from What’shisface, that guy who keeps posting newsy bits.)

Caveat empty: Its a blog, and no other news sites have it.

Violence solves everything. We need more violence from the Trump people. Trump supporters: choke a motherfucker. Choke a bitch. Choke a tranny. Get your fingers around the windpipe.” Those are the words of Proud Boys founder … “If some guy with a slightly punk demeanor comes up to you and says ‘Hey are you Sal? Are you pro-Trump?’ Choke him. Trust your instincts, don’t listen to what he has to say, choke him.”

Odd name, “Proud Boys”. Sounds like some sort of urban thing. Like that guy is tryina fuck with people’s heads.
