Were there any major resignations after Pence said that the 25th Amendment was off the table? I’m thinking that one or more of these resignations was/were an attempt to avoid having to deal with voting against Trump if Pence decided to invoke the Amendment.
Not a Cabinet member per se, but Johnathan Fahey, the acting leader of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement abruptly resigned Wednesday, just two weeks into the job .
Well, Pence didn’t officially take it off the table until Tuesday night and most of the resignations happened almost immediately after it became obvious Trump incited a riot. They’re all still cowards, though.
