RFK - Thirteen Days

Did Robert Kennedy write Thirteen Days: A Memoir of the Cuban Missile Crisis? Or was it a similiar situation to his borther’s Profiles in Courage?

Since it was published in 1969 after he was dead, I would assume that someone edited it.

The book was written in 1967; publication date normally lags a bit. The book was never finished, really; better critics than I have called it a first draft. The personal material, especially in the last two chapters, speaks of RFK’s strong hand in putting it together.

I’ve always thought Bobby was the smarter Kennedy, anyway, slow to mature though he was.
