Right. Who's got babies in the house?

We’re having a lot of these ‘Welcome aboard the newest addition’ threads of late.

I’m turned around enough that I thought I’d sound off for everyone who has a new one in the house (say, less than one year).

I’ll start:

Gwendolyn Rose, age 3.75 months! Represent!

Oh I’m with ya!

Noah Richard
Age 3 months 3 weeks, about the same age as your Gwendolyn, when was she born?

Checking in with baby! I haven’t been around at all because of my little sweetie! He’s 9 weeks old – and weighs ~14 pounds!

Ian Scott, 22 weeks.

Happy, hungry, very good baby!

James Grant, born 11/11/04. 9 lbs, 12 ounces, 21" long. Sweet, calm baby, who looks like Daddy Weirddave.

Congrats everyone!

Can I include my baby daugter at minus 2 months?

Today I have my grand niece. It’s always a treat, but it does take a lot out of me.

Nathaniel Thomas, 7 months, 3 weeks and 1 day old. He’s very sweet, happy, and seems very strong and smart. The only thing wrong is the “excessive reflux” (constant barfing). It doesn’t seem to cause him any pain… he just throws up. A lot. The doctor keeps tells us that since it isn’t causing him pain or preventing him from gaining enough weight, it’s not that much of a problem and will go away eventually. He was 15 lbs, 3 oz at last check-up, but I think he’s gained a couple of pounds since.

See, this is why I never ever ask a new parent how the kid’s doing.

I’m joshin’ ya, MinniePurl. I hope little Nate gets over his ralphing.

Arthur Duncan 10 months and 3 weeks old

2 weeks old today. 7lbs 10oz, 20 inches long with the healthiest set of lungs ya ever heard. I was screamin’ bloody murder before he was completely properly birthed.

He’s “silently refluxing” (cranky, but not puking) so he gets a mL of Mylanta before feedings, also non-dairy formula when we supplement and no dairy for Mom, either. He’s a much happier kiddo, now, then when we first brought him home.

Thanks y’all!

Gwen was born 7/20. She’s up to 16 pounds now.

And, like the others, she pukes all the time. It’s just so CUTE.

My boy is three weeks old.

Katherine Rose is 9 weeks old today and sleeping peacefully on my shoulder as I type  Doing well after a rough start (2 weeks in the NICU due largely to negligence on the hospital’s part).
Unfortunately, I have to return to work next Monday :frowning: so I’m savoring every moment with her.

I very much approve of your choice of name!

My Katherine Rose will be 15 in February. I’ll get out of the baby thread now…

Aviva, 6.5 months exactly. Just cut her first two teeth.

So, did you know that women living together end up ‘aligning’ their periods? Could we have the same phenomenon here?

I will come back to this thread in another 8 months.

sniff my baby boy isn’t a baby any longer. He’s 13 months old now! Waaah! I feel like I just brought his sister home and now my second one is over a year. Babies make your life slip into a time warp.

Well.

He’s still new to me. :stuck_out_tongue: Sometimes I look at him and think, Holy crap! I’m a mom?!

I wonder if that’ll ever stop?

Wanna see a pic?

14 pounds and eight weeks old. Meet my bruiser, Trasimond.
