Kinda like being thrown in Hell.
I did not know that Celebrity Rehab was a real thing until I saw that clip replayed on some news/entertainment show yesterday. While that moment was indeed brutal (what were the production staff doing when that other woman was running around trying to get help?), after a bit of thought I realized that the whole show must be precisely about that kind of exploitation. How could you have a ‘reality’ show about rehab and not expect such things to happen?

My screed wasn’t an attempt to get you to change. I had no allusions there, because then you’d have to take responsibility for your heinous actions and that would require intelligence, decency and the desire to navigate the world via reality instead of delusion.
No, I posted that thread to let other simple-minded zealots that those sorts of damaging opinions are never okay and that one should be shamed for them. Hopefully, they’ll be capable of more critical thinking and discernment.

As noted earlier in this thread, Mindy had a second child who is now 10 months old. Is it possible she could have been suffering from postnatal depression and this could possibly have been the straw that broke the camel’s back? What a shame, she had a beautiful voice.
That is really cool of you to think of me, or should I say hot since the only Satan that I know of is in Hell? I don’t know. Anyways…

My apologies. It won’t happen again.
I’m not a country music fan, but I did listen to some of her stuff and she had a very nice voice. I’m sad that she went through so much pain in her life and felt that this was her only option. Sometimes it seems like it is the only option. I wonder if she had much of a support system or simply didn’t wish to go on regardless. Anyway, it’s tragic that her children will grow up without their mom (or dad either in the case of one son).
