Reuters is reporting Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died from complications of metastatic pancreatic cancer.

Surely Mitch McConnell will say that the Senate should take no action and let the voters decide, right? He’ll put it off until after the presidential swearing in in January and the new Senators are seated, right? I thought that was the rule.
