Roles in life, does it take a long time to figue out?

Ryan, may I suggest that you make out a very long list of everything you want to do and see. You can always add on or remove. Write down anything that comes to mind that is pleasing to you – no matter how far-fetched it seems.

“Follow your bliss.” – Joseph Campbell

I agree that it is better to fail than to do nothing. But what if one fails all the time? One would think doing nothing is better than doing it and proving your a failure. Not many would like this option.

But I would add that it really is a matter of adding roles to your personality, and flexibility to assume different roles depending on your circumstances, and more importantly, those other persons that you are interacting with.
