Nope, again not what I was thinking of. Just watched the scene to get the exact quote and it’s:

“You son of a bitch! Take me! Come into me! Goddamn you, take me! Take me!”

His actual last word is a screamed “No!” as he commits suicide (of a sort) seconds later, but I guess that isn’t so memorable a last word.
