Wow…I get to post a Saskatchewan Roughriders thread before Northern Piper…?
Anyway, I have to say that, especially in the second half, the Riders deserved that win. Looked pretty evenly matched in the first half, but Calgary just sort of fell apart in the second; Burris’ efforts in the last couple of minutes notwithstanding.
Oh well. It was a good game, and we’ll look forward to seeing how Saskatchewan does next week.

Take about a late game collapse by Calgary, too! I have the misfortune to be at the office working today, but we went to the local pub for dinner to catch the last quarter. So now it’s 'Riders/Lions for the Western final. It’ll be interesting to see if Saskatchewan can keep on delivering the upsets against the Lions!
Burris threw 4 interceptions. HA ha! (No, we’re not still pissed at him for leaving for Calgary. Not at all. Certainly not enough to rub his failure in his face, nosirree!)
