Rubber Clothing (Fetish)?

He had to provide a valid email.

Which is difficult to do when your 98% covered in rubber.

There is a local artist who specializes in body painting, sometimes in liquid latex. He usually has the model wear a textile G-string… Two-click rule …because it’s much easier, but at one con, he wanted latex all over. He painted a layer on a plastic sheet, let it dry, then cut out a shape appropriate to go over the model’s lady-bits, gluing it down on the edges. That way various cleavages were obscured and delicate tissues would be spared the vigorous scrubbing it takes to remove the stuff.

You might want to keep that in mind.

I dunno why I like it. I just do. Years ago, when I was a wee lad my father bought me a lingerie calendar. One month was leather and latex. When I saw that page, something in me just woke up.

RE wetsuit- I was in what I think was a neoprene foam wetsuit once (for swimming in a bay in Hawaii). It ain’t remotely the same material.

In pursuit of my own peculiar interests I often get exposed to other people’s interests as well. It’s not my thing but I’ve seen all manner of elaborate latex and leather fetish wear. It often makes me wonder about the cost and procurement of such items. An exquisitely tailored leather outfit like some of the more impressive ones I’ve seen must be in the tens of thousands of dollars and I suppose if you are into that and have the money you find the people that specialize in such things.
I’d sure hate to have a closet full of form fitting, custom made leather or latex body suits that I got too fat for!

BTW, I used to wear wetsuits a lot and even when I was in really good shape they made me feel extremely self conscious about my body. I would say wetsuits resemble spandex way more than latex. They are not a flattering garment on any but the fittest people.

Yes, but on those fit people…

On the commentary track for Beowulf commented on being on set with Angelina Jolie in their mo-cap suits, “I’m all lumps and bumps while she looks gorgeous.”

I wonder if there is a difference between fabric for tight clothing fetishes. Denim, spandex, latex, leather, rubber
, etc. Or are they all viewed the same.

That was Ray Winstone quoted. :smack:

I just learned about weighted blankets which are supposed to provide a comforting swaddling effect that mimics a hug. I suspect a rubber suit has a the same effect.
