never thought I would be happy to see a big fat turd in my cat’s litter box. But it means Rudy is OK. I thought he was dying in front of me the other night. Unsteady on his feet, threw up in his water bowl, peed on the floor in the kitchen. He had been staying under the microwave cart there for a couple of days, I thought it was because he just didn’t want to be around Mickey, my younger cat who he has suddenly decided to hate. Turns out he was just constipated. Gave hime some food with pumpkin and it worked. Happy birthday Rudy, we got him from sister-in-law Lisa Christmas time 2003 so he would have been born just about now.
Rudy lives!
in related cat **** news, Mickey just **** his bed. He has a problem with diarrhea, he gets it unless he eats Blue Wilderness dry food. I tried several other brands but this works. But Rudy won’t eat it. But in the interest of Rudy’s health, I had to let Mickey eat the food I gave to Rudy. I tried to put out Rudy’s pumpkin food in one part of the apartment and Mickey’s in another but it didn’t work. Mickey will eat the premium food but he prefers what Rudy is having, always. And he runs over to where Rudy is eating. And Rudy won’t eat if Mickey is around.
I cleaned Mickey’s bed but I threw it out anyway. I will never get the image of, well I won’t describe it, out of my head.
Cats. Can’t live with them, can’t throw them out of the window.
Even if he’s not a cute kitten, the rule for cat threads still applies: where is the link to a picture of Rudy?
