Do we have any dopers with wigs or hairpieces of any kind? My questions to you are:

What percentage of people do you think are able to tell you are wearing a wig/hairpiece?

What percentage of people able to tell you are wearing a wig/hairpiece would be too high to make it worth doing? Or do you simply not care how many people can see its not real?
I’m thinking mostly of male dopers, of course.
I still have almost all of what my chosen deity gave me up top there (though a little less every day), but I’d wager that the answer to question 1 for the average rug is about 97% which makes me wonder why I ever see any.
