Anyone seen ads for the new David Spade show airing Feb.5th on CBS. It looks really funny!
From the brief clips I saw, it looks like David Spade is playing the same squirrely jerk that he did for eight years on Just Shoot Me. I wasn’t expecting a huge range from him, but I had hoped he would at least try for something a little different.
The premise seems a bit limited, as well. How many jokes can you really do about marriage that we haven’t all heard a billion times before?
I set my VCR timer.
I suspect they will have enough spoiler ads before it airs, though, to kill it for me.
Premier shows are always over previewed, which is a real waste.
I may try to watch it. I am not a David Spade fan, but some of the other actors I like.
I think David Spade is pretty funny! I saw some clips of the show and it looks good. I know Feb.5th at 9.30 I will be watching it.
