**WhyNot, ** I’ll send you the wine if you agree Clive Owen is a better James Bond than that Craig guy or whatever his name is.
Then I guess we agree.
Oh, please, BARNEY would be a better James Bond than that Craig guy. Clive Owen was definitely yummarific in Gosford Park, but his character was so creepy in Closer that I need a bit to get that out of my head. I really regret not seeing Children of Men in the theater. It’s on my rental queue!
Genetics is the world’s most bizarre crap shoot. Isabella Lloyd Webber, whose two parents are not going to win any beauty contests, is not only destined to be extremely wealthy, but she’s growing into quite a beauty. I saw her at Phantom a couple of years back.
The only photo I can find of the family is a couple of years old, but here they are at the Hungarian opening of The Beautiful Game.
I also think it’s incredibly cruel to pick on the offspring of celebs. The celebs themselves, one could argue, bring it upon themselves by going out into the spotlight.
But their kids? What the fuck-they didn’t choose to be famous.
Like everyone picking on Chelsea Clinton, because they didn’t like her father’s politics. She was 13. Which is probably one of the most insecure, toughest ages for a girl to be.
Of course, she had the last laugh-she’s pretty hot now, and Rush Limbaugh is just a fat, thrice-divorced drug addict.
ETA: not having seen the Bond films, I can’t comment on that. But Daniel Craig is pretty hot. AND he wants Bond to have a guy-on-guy fling. THAT’s pretty damned sexy if you ask me.
It would be even hotter if Clive Owen was having the fling.
Isabella LLoyd Weber not only has a lovely mother, she is a little beauty herself. Andrew is not a looker himself, but damn I love his musicals.
Guin I totally agree. Kids are off limits until they enter the business. And Chelsea is a cutie. So is Tori. So is Karenna Gore Schiff. And, yes, so are the Bush twins. I’m sorry I cannot agree on the Craig guy. I don’t like him. Maybe you’ve heard I like Clive Owen as Bond. Oh well, I’m not in charge.
Oh…I can see your point. It’s a fair point to make.
I’ll not open any new discussion threads for a while, unless I have a valid question.
No hard feelings, please.
Miz there are no hard feelings from me. I didn’t like the situation in your previous thread, but I don’t condemn you to the pits of hell. Some of us understand the human condition.
You paid your 15 bucks, you have just as much right to post as anyone else does.
I saw her in Hostage. She played the daughter of Bruce Willis’ character in the film. I thought she looked nice in the movie. Not unattractive at all.
If you feel she deserves to know it, then let her know in either private communication, in an appropriate Pit thread, or in a thread where she’s soliciting such opinions. What doesn’t need to happen, however, is a hijack in unrelated threads just so you can bring up her past actions. If, for some reason, you do not feel you can post in a MizGrand without bringing up (unrelated) past disagreements, then it’s wiser to stay out of her threads.
This, of course, applies to everyone–not just WhyNot.
I think that the ladies here arent’ looking at Ashton from an 18 y/o POV. Which is um, gosh should I say it(?) NORMAL.
I personally find Matthew incredibly hot. And yes, he’s a young’un to my 41 years, I’m sure.
I just can’t wrap my brain around my mom, say, doin’ a guy that’s less than 10 years older than myself.
If you clicked on the link to his name in the top left of the page, you’d be relieved to find that he’s 37. Not too young at all.
It’d be weird, but wouldn’t you just be happy for her, if he was nice and all?
BTW, I think Rumer is lovely.
Ashton wasn’t my type when I WAS 18.
She cannot help her famous parents, but if she is hanging out with the likes of Lohan, that cannot be good.
Rumer’s beautiful. She has shitty (or at least, worrying) taste in friends, but she’s beautiful.
 Oh my, no. Did you actually SEE Casino Royale? All the way through? If you did, then I’ll accept your (sadly, wrong-headed) opinion, but if you didn’t, please get back to me after you’ve seen it. The trailers and still images did NOT reflect how charismatic and hot Daniel Craig was in that role. He was perfect.
Not that I disagree about Clive Owen. He’s an amazing actor, and very very yummy. And yes, he would have made a good Bond, but not better than Craig.
It’s so good, I’m sure you’ll love it. (and btw, I loved your ‘other’ post).
Actually…I fell asleep. :smack:
Ow! Stop hitting me! It was a long day with all the kids and probably not the best time to watch anything. sigh Maybe I’ll give it another chance, on your recommendation.
Mmmm, Goran Visnjic. Thanks for posting that!
Regarding Rumer Willis, I saw her in Hostage, and I thought she was cute and natural-looking. She’s not a beauty, but I think she’s attractive.
When I saw her in Hostage, I thought she was homely. But a lot of teenagers are. I think she’s grown more attractive since then.
