I enjoyed this game, recommend it. There a demo, IIRC, perhaps on Steam.
Flatout pack on steam is a daily deal for $7.50. Specifically, Flatout: Ultimate Carnage is $5. Not sure if the rest of the pack is worth it - flatout UC has the content flatout 1/2 have, and the third game was made by a shovelware team that bought out the license.
But flatout: UC is good and the SDMB group still plays it from time to time, so I could definitely recommend it at that price. It does have good racing but it’s an arcadey demolition racer with a bi destruction derby component so even non-racin people may like it.

GamersGate has Assassin’s Creed: Revelations for $10 today which is the lowest I’ve ever seen it at.
Does anyone know if the multiplayer is active? The concept looked interesting, so I’ve been thinking about it.
The $10 AC: Revelation deal is giving the Gold package with all the DLC. I don’t know if it’s intentional or not but it just did it for me.
Be aware that the Assassins creed games use Ubisoft’s horrible Uplay platform that recently had been shown to have a huge security flaw. A plugin the program installs on your browser apparently created a backdoor that allows someone to run malicious code on your PC. This issue has since been fixed, but still.
Free weekend for Nexuiz on steam, which is a surprisingly fun arena shooter. I’ll probably try to get a game together later, so download it now if you want to play.
