I over-estimated you instead of looking at the reality that you declare to live in a tavern. Which explains many things about your inability to read what is written, instead of making up things about what is not written and making this invented version your perceived reality.
Actually, I think that’s more of a case of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority being rude and/or overzealous. Which is something they’ve been having trouble with for the past couple of years but a recent incident involving a subway station manager and a pregnant woman. She and her husband had walked down an escalator and complained to the station manager, who subsequently used a broom to chase both of them out of his station. That incident prompted the WMATA to initiate mandatory sensitivity training.
They are probably just as dangerous, too. When I was in P3 I was stabbed in the hand with a pencil held by the kid who sat next to me. The lead broke off in my hand and they couldn’t remove it, so I was left forever with a dark blueish spot in the middle of my hand. The teacher stuck a bandage on my hand and told my assailant to behave himself … he certainly wasn’t even reported to the principal, never mind the police.
Anyone who has watched ‘Grosse Point Blank’ though might wonder why pens aren’t classified as dangerous weapons and banned in schools in this age of paranoia.
Hehe…I still have a piece of graphite in the middle finger of my left hand from when I got accidentally stabbed with a pencil in 5th grade (20 years ago). It’s right at the base…kinda gross actually, you can see the dark blue lump, and you can feel it really clearly, I can even push it around a bit.
The problem for you is that I know that I can write incoherent (I live with Dyslexia since birth and I know my English is written in Aldebaran’s New Englsih Dictionary Style).
While you don’t know it from yourself (and I don’t see signs of you being dyslexic and in my view your English is perfect).
I haven’t been diagnosed but I do have an infinitesimal difficulty with reading and writing. I also have a pretty large vocabulary, though sometimes I have to look up spellings - like I just did with “infinitesimal”. Between the two of us, I’m having trouble making head or tail of your latest posts in this thread.
To give you an idea what dyslexia provokes:
Trying to read that word is on its own enough to make me dizzy and have my stomach turning. I can’t even look at it without getting that effect, close to making me vomit.
I give you a sarcastic worded insight in the reasoning of members who pop up with off-topic posts adressed to me (or about me, like my dear friend Mehitabel).
This type of reasoning occasionally even shows in postings from people I did not expect it of, when they all of a sudden give an insight in what they really think.
Salaam. A
