I didn’t think this fit in the other “Russia” threads, or that it needed the Ukraine invasion tag. Of course, they’re using Ukraine and the West as a scapegoat for other issues around the world. I wouldn’t be surprised if Russian actors helped stir up some of this activity if only to take advantage of it from a PR perspective.
