Thank you very much for that - I’ll look into it. I’m still adjusting to my hearing issues, both at work and in my private life and I appreciate any tools I can get.
Modnote: This and your earlier complaint were off-topic and/or phrased badly. A polite request for a summary of a video is fine, slams on the presenter are not appropriate in this thread. Then more comments about the video is really pushing things. But on that note:
@Walken_After_Midnight, bare links to videos are not appreciated in breaking news. At least some summary is greatly appreciated.
There’s evidence suggesting Kadyrov may have been poisoned.
Chechen warlord ‘seriously ill’ but refuses to call Russian doctors over ‘poison’ fears | World | News | Express.co.uk
He’s disappeared largely from public view in recent weeks and the one time he was recently photographed shows his face is suddenly all puffy. Indicative of kidney failure
Which video?
Those photos look to me more like someone on high doses of corticosteroids. Which he might very well be on if he has some sort of auto-immune nephropathy. There’s also speculation that he has a long history of abusing “energy pills.”
It might be that those “energy pills” are corticosteroids.
On Russian state TV, everyone’s favorite retired Russian air force colonel says time is not on Russia’s side and that they should end the war as soon as possible:
State TV pundit says that at the rate Russia’s invasion is proceeding, neither the panelists nor their Kremlin leadership will live long enough to see any successes. He also notes that the longer the war goes on, the more Russia will owe China, who will become the leader of the non-western countries. He says it will be difficult for Russia to “integrate into this situation”:
Maybe buying pills off Putin?
Meanwhile, Ukraine and the Allies are clearly winning the decoy war:

Wow, those inflatable decoys are way cool. I bet you’d have to be within 50 meters or less to tell for sure they’re not the real deal. I wonder how much those cost?
Can you imagine having a Grad rocket launcher on your front lawn in December as opposed to a 15’ Santa?
One would at least hope that they cost less than the ammunition that destroys them.

Glad I could help.
mannequins in uniform would help the trick.
I enjoy his videos, but he does tend towards “falling sky” predictions, seemingly about everyone BUT the US. The coming food crisis will result in massive famine, but not for the US because we can produce our own fertilizer. The German manufacturing system (his word) will be ended within two years, so this is your last chance to buy a BMW.
I believe his current analyses are good (though, what do I know) but I think his predictions are overly pessimistic.
Ukraine blocked the North Crimean Canal in 2014, the Russians unblocked it in 2022.
So while it no doubt cause a water shortage in Crimea, there was no obvious disaster during those 8 years.
That’s good news, but this time around it might involve more than just blocking one canal. Last I heard, the big bridge is open to vehicle traffic but not trains or heavy trucks which would complicate and supply issue for the peninsula.
I actually laughed out loud.
This is a way better decoy than I thought, and I thought they were pretty good just as inflatables.
The Decoys by Inflatech are extremely easy and quick to set-up and transport while also using a series of Reflectors and False Thermal Signals in an attempt to fool “Hostile” Artillery or Aircraft into targeting these Inflatables instead of actual Military Equipment.
This is a small diversion. The small town I live near (~400 people) has TWO cop cars. But no cops. So they park them next to the road with mannequins in them. They even put sunglasses on them.
Might as well do it. It’s a good fake. But you can tell they haven’t moved by the snow piled around them.
The cars are real. They are the towns police vehicles. No actual police though. The locals know it’s fake. And I suspect it does help slow tourists down.
Better than nothing I suppose.
That’s a tactic in urban areas, too; usually intended to discourage speeding.
I can see where certain people would want to arrange the mannequins in various positions.
