On September 8th, Russia’s mysterious Doomsday Radio station violated it’s usual routine, by sending coded messages.
I regard the likelihood of a connect\ion at 100%.
If you read your own wiki cite, coded messages are a normal feature of that station. Doesn’t happen often, but often enough the format of all the messages has long ago been figured out by Western observers.
The news article is a bit overwrought. This stuff goes on all day every day via one means or another. Sounds to me like somebody just noticed and is writing while wide eyed terrified over just about nothing.
But they did get some clicks. Morons or cynics? You decide.
