S-T-R-E-S-S causes me to......

Hmmmmmm?? When you get really…REALLY stressed…what do you do?

Sometimes I eat chocolate…
Sometimes I do things that are more drastic…
You know like…cutting my hair…putting color on my hair… well, tonight I am going to become a stressed woman with Light Auburn hair…right now it’s more “mousey brown”

I was just curious…what do you do?

Nobody needs to worry…I’m OK…just stressed…needing a change!!

I tend to shave my head. It’s a good way to accept change.

My stress is usually caused by outside influences, so my best bet is to get the hell away from the source as quickly as possible.

If that’s not possible, something mindlessly physical: mowing the lawn, doing a woodworking project . . . I helped paint my daughter’s room, even tho I didn’t have to yesterday. Just move.
