I’m heading to San Diego at the end of the month to sail for a week. I was hoping to hear some opinions and sujestions for sailing and particularly racing in and around Mission Bay.
I guess the big thing I’d like to know is if there are any consistent weather patterns. I’ve been watching the past few days and it seems to be light winds from the South.
Any weird currents to watch out for? What is it like sailing in Mission Bay versus outside the break water? Is there much surf/swell?
Any information would be hugely appreciated.
