I like the closing paragraph from the Salt Lake Tribune:
Exactly. I live in the Salt Lake Valley, and at no point in the last four years have I expected the Trib to endorse anyone but Obama.
It just goes to show – you may start off not liking Mitt when you don’t know him, but as you do get to know him you’ll find that you can’t stand him. 
A more important unexpected endorsement
It’d be kind of odd for Deseret News to be other than LDS-friendly seeing as the newspaper is owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
They endorsed both McCain and Obama?
They never endorsed McCain.
Really? I was seriously thinking the endorsed both Obama and McCain. 
No that was Romney.
That’s entirely possible - they could have endorsed McCain in 08 and Obama in 12, like the Orlando paper did.
