I wasn’t sure where to post this, since there doesn’t appear to be anywhere specifically designated to introductory posts, but hi. I’m Allie… I’ve been lurking for a couple of days, reading Cecil’s column archives and things… and now I’m here. Ready to post, I do believe.
I’m not sure what else to say here, but I’ll bare my soul by revealing that I have an obese dog, a less than obese dog, and I like reading in the bath.

Their official names are Blitzen & Mindy, though they enjoy being called Fat Obesity and Baby Spew, respectively.
My bath reading is generally eclectic, as is my CD collection. At the moment I’m reading Brave New World, The Age of Reason and a little bookie on China since 1949 which I have to read for school.
For the record, many of my books -do- get soggy, and most of them never recover. But it just adds to their uniqueness
Now, I’m off to snoop around the G’Dopers thingie. Which is spectacular, by the way. Heh… G’Dope. Heh.
