I have a Samsung Ace cell phone with lots of photos that I would like to transfer to my computer. I have the phone to USB cable, but cannot see the photos from my computer. When I connect the cable to the phone and the USB port, the phone says that USB is connected. Any suggestions?
That’s an Android phone? Your phone should show up as an external drive on your computer, but you might need to specify that on your phone. In Android phones I’ve had in the past I could select between charge only, or disk drive. . .
