Well can we say that the audio proves that she was arrested on trumped up charges.
Not really. I mean it’s obvious from the video/audio that the cop was being a needling prick but as lengthily discussed the arrest for the lane change was legal and while wrestling her around to cuff her she easily could have kicked him, purposely or incidentally. So “trumped up charges” doesn’t really describe it.
