The question is, when I say, “Sarah Palin is Retarded” am I using it in a Limbaugh-esk satirical way or a Emanuel-esk offensive way?

Is there a difference?

There’s an easy test. If you were to run for office, would (non-Fox) news reports list you as Some Schmo (R) or Some Schmo (D)?
