Does anybody else read this webcomic? It’s a single panel with a bit of Perry Bible Fellowship and xkcd in it I think. Today’s comic made me think of the sdmb.
i’m reading it and i think it’s hilarious.
l LOVE SMBC!
In another two years and 10 months I will share *my *opinion.
I wonder what the strip they were linking to was.
are some highlights
I was just going to say that the PBF isn’t even around anymore, but apparently there are a couple new comics there too.
I’m not surprised there’s a thread about SMBC, but I am surprised that it’s so dead. So zombie time.
The SMBC has a comment section, but lately all I ever see is an error message: Embed temporarily disabled (limits exceeded). So I’m going to comment here.
Shouldn’t these witch burners have first seen if she floats? I thought that was required. Also, shouldn’t they also burn the wolf, since it’s obviously a woke trans wolf?
No, they didn’t.
::sigh:: If only…
SO many of us spent September of '14 refreshing and refreshing, waiting for your opinion. But did you even drop by to say “Sorry, suckahs!”?
Nooo, you were too busy with earth-shattering topics like:
I got busy with stuff.
Bravo!
This is why I love this place. You can’t buy quirky humor like that!
This comic is really hit or miss. All the jokes that have to do with advanced math and a lot of the philosophy jokes, fall very flat with me. Having read it for years now, I honestly think that it is mostly a vehicle for the cartoonist to show the world how knowledgeable and smart he is. Which is lame.
Still, he puts out the comic consistently. That is more than you can say for most web comics.
His jokes about overall humanity, interpersonal relations and sex tend to be the funniest in my opinion.
I highly recommend his Science Abridged Beyond the Point of Uselessness, written by the author of SMBC.
My kids got it for me in tiny book form, but he also makes it available as a PDF under a Creative Commons license, so enjoy!
Nerds like nerdy webcomics. Non-nerds don’t like nerdy webcomics. Shrug.
