Very funny movie! Macauly Culkin’s character was my favorite character- very laid back and suave, wouldn’t pick a fight but pushed back when pushed.
I personally didn’t see the film as a satire/basing of Christianity, but rather pointing out how easy it is to misinterpret your own beliefs. Many of the characters believed what they were doing was for some better good but came to the relization they were just torturing themselves by being in denial.
Mandy Moore played an excellent snotty bitch in the movie and during the scene where they are celebrating their ‘Christian Halloween’ you get an excellent shot of her…ah…of her…BLOUSE
