What’s Sci Fi Prime?

I was all excited when we got the satellite, cuz our cable system didn’t carry the Sci Fi channel.

But I haven’t watched it much, except for Brimstone – that one’s not too bad. But the rest of the programming hasn’t done much to trip my trigger.

Guess I’m actually more of a horror fan than sci fi anyway.

Excuse the rambling. Hope someone can give you the answer you were looking for.

All this month(December) Sci-Fi Prime is on haiatus(sp?).
It has been replaced by the series Brimstone.
Farscape,Sliders and First Wave will return in January.

The Sci Fi channel here (UK) doesn’t have any current shows, really. Friday nights here it’s “Sci Fright”, which usually consists of “Pumpkinhead” or “Lord of Illusions” repeated over a month. Still, I was impressed by the lack of effort that went into last week’s “Cool as Buck” weekend (6 hours of Buck Rogers on Saturday, 6 hours of Battlestar Galactica on Sunday).

I don’t have anything exciting to add. I just wanted to say that I love Farscape.

What a cooool show.

I like Farscape, “Voyager” wannabe that it is, but I just can’t deal with the one guy, D’arvo or however you spell it, whose nose is stuck on on TOP of his facial hair. Come on, makeup people! The hair grows out from under this nose “flap” and it just takes sooo much away from the effect. Makes it look like a costume rather than an alien.

Don’t tell the Trekkers this, but I think Farscape is better than Voyager. Grittier.
