I see the following:

and I’m amazed. They can go back to the original analog tapes and rebuild detail that couldn’t be detected before (read the article, it’s more specific.)

I had a similar realization when seeing From the Earth to the Moon in HD. All that Saturn V footage was much clearer and cooler than I ever got to see on TV or 35 mm film.

Wow. That really is an amazing picture! I feel like I could reach out and feel the craters and bumps on the moon!

I’m waiting til someone comes back with a global warming analysis based on that shot of 1960’s earth.
