BTW, I’ve never played in a tourney before, so how exactly will this go? Please post some kind of rules for us who haven’t a clue

To answer the questions about the timing, what I was thinking was that I’d collect everyone who “registered” by tomorrow and set up some brackets. Then, it’d be up to the people paired in the games to decide when they could get it in (within a reasonable amount of time, of course…2-3 days per round should be sufficient, I’d think)
Also, I figured we’d do double-elimination.
If anyone has any suggestions on something they think might work better, let me know.

dpr won. I forgot to note the score before closing the window. I think it was around 280 to 230. Had a lot of fun.

It was great just playing a social game of scrabble with a friendly opponent. We may need to do this more often.
