Story: I used to play on ISC all the time, stopped because I had actual shit to do, suddenly no longer had shit to do, then went back. When I tried to log in, I’d apparently forgotten the password I chose, so I went through their password-reset process, and was informed that no such user existed! What? I was a bit attached to my name (apparently), so I tried to sign up all over again with the same user name, but was informed that the name was taken. What?! That didn’t even make any sense! Anyway, after being frustrated and annoyed, I gave up on attempts to revive my old name, and created a new one. Fast forward four years later. I tried to log in with the new name, I think I got some kind of error message, didn’t even bother to go there with the password or user name whatever the fuck retrieval process, and signed up for a new account with my original name from like 2003 or whenever. Success!

I played a few games, and the influence of QI,ZA,JO,XI etc. was a little underwhelming.
I also found that most available opponents I played were all about the sameish level, so whoever got the best letters won (more or less)
I was on, but now I’m done. Will be back later, and perhaps frequently enough so that ISC does not get confused about my profile and deletes it sort of, but not really, but then deletes it for real.
These stupid jerks on ISC won’t play with me.
