Cards addressed, just waiting on stamps - will hit the mails on the morrow.
Cards all filled out, stamped, dropping in the post tomorrow morning on the way to work.

I’m assuming there were no rules other than “send postcards before the deadline”.
One of mine is heading Down Under, so you get some slight advantage there. But the other two are going to…semi-civilized areas, but they have postal service…I think.
Just in case Angola doesn’t have postcards (or post offices) I have implemented emergency protocol 7B. All that means is that I’ve sent three really boring cards from Heathrow Airport. Hopefully the others will be sent next week sometime.
One to Beaver Country, one to the Great White North, and one to a place where the wind comes sweepin’ down the plain.
In the mail, and I discovered that the Post Office isn’t as dumb as I thought. They actually have a $1.05 stamp.
My three went in the mail this afternoon - two within the U.S., one to “O Canada.”
Does anyone know where to buy stamps in Johannesburg Airport?
I remember seeing a post office at Johannesburg airport when I was there last year. It was in the international arrivals hall.

I put mine in the mail for tomorrow.
I haven’t been around for the last couple of weeks so didn’t know the deadline had moved - I should be able to get mine out on Monday, my town is notoriously short of places to buy postcards!
