I mean, if I was small, fuzzy and green on the inside, I might be inclined to be less than perfectly harmonious with my surroundings.

I propose we post this thread as a sticky to point to whenever some asshole of a newbie starts complaining that people are mean to him/her because s/he is a newbie and the clique isn’t nice to newbies.
