The march to 1-13 continues. I am actually doing pretty well this week despite having to pick up players just to field a healthy team, but my QB has thrown both touchdowns to the one receiver who Justin has. So unless Rondale Moore goes off tomorrow, I’ll still have a two game"lead."

Well, I was half right - Rondale Moore went off. Injured. After one play. Bear in mind that I did trade away some stars, rather than losing all these games with my full strength team.
This might be the highest scoring game of all time. And that’s… unexpected.
I might end up winning an unlikely victory against Petey because Lamar Jackson went out early, which is an ugly way to (maybe) win.
The injury bug has come for the Peteys
I was up by 2 points with the Dallas D left to play and I considered pulling them since it would guarantee a win, but they’ve been so good this year that I figured the chances that they’d score negative points against the Colts were miniscule. They’ve been so good this year.
Speaking of defense, your Brownies stepped up big time for me this week. (34!) Unfortunately the rest of my team was mediocre, while Jules’ team is clearly juicing. Yikes.
Now that you mention it maybe we should drug test Jules.
Correction: After trading for Mixon I decided to also trade for his handcuff, Samaje Perine, just in case. Holy crap, that dude is going off! This is now two weeks in a row: 17.30 last week, 18.50 this week. Pretty happy I decided to try a handcuff. I might want to do more of that.
I was hoping somehow if I lost it would knock RNATB out of the #1 draft position but that’s not possible at this point.
It’s really weird having bye weeks in week 14.
At this point we’re just playing to see who gets steamrolled by Jules in which round. If I win, I can maintain the #2 seed and avoid Jules until the championship, otherwise Petey’s gets that honor.
It would be great if it was that easy! Out of the top 10 highest scoring teams in the regular season, only 3 actually won the championship. I’m about 82 points away from breaking the all-time scoring record, and just under 122 points from being the first 2000 point team in the regular season. So of course I will lose by 40 in the first round because fantasy football is dumb. Even still, it’s been a really fun season and the most fortunate season I’ve ever had
I am untouchable, sir. I have two arms, two legs and a prehensile tongue and penis wrapped around that first pick. Even if there were two regular season games left, I would win the tiebreaker because Omni best me inn week 8.
Even with my fire sale, I’m still 7th in total points scored. (I think I was 3rd when I started making trades.) My team’s astonishing ability to score two fewer points than any opponent is historic. My points against would be the third seed in the playoffs if the season ended today…
Final week and the playoffs are already set: Jules, Beef, Peteys and Hamlet.
Consolation bowl is where it gets interesting: with six teams vying for four spots. dale (1364), Justin (1338) and Spiritus (1329) are 6-7, and then one game back at 5-8 we have Ellis (1564), Retro (1445) and Gaffer (1254). Gaffer is in a tough spot with tiebreakers but is in with a win if the other two 5-8s lose. Those other two 5-8s are favored by just 7 points combined, so anyone could still get in.

Deebo Samuel just went down with a nasty looking injury and I really don’t have anyone to replace him although DJ Chark has been decent a few times lately.
JK Dobbins has 120/1 in his first game back which is way higher than I expected, I didn’t even start him.
I’m 46/54 with RNATB right now but with Deebo being injured it’s probably really more like 25/75.
Bizarrely, I might have hottest team in the league right now. Could be over 150 two of the final three weeks.
I think we should probably give him a 2 or 3 draft slot “hottest team in the league” penalty.

Looking pretty likely that the consolation tournament will end up with myself, Spiritus, dale, and Gaffer.
Even if I get knocked out in the first round, that’s actually considerably better than where I expected to end the season. Little mad I’ll miss out on an early pick though.
