Before I make my cuts, I am officially putting Mac Jones and Trey Lance on the trading block.

Mac Jones should put up good stats now that Bill O’brien is the offensive coordinator instead of random and bewildering non-offensive coaches.

Lance is a lottery ticket, that I predict will end up on another team and would have a decent floor with rushing stats.

I struggled over cutting some of those bottom tier receivers, particularly Chark or Robinson, but I’d pick up a 5th round pick by doing so and I figure giving them a chance to finally get their shit together is probably worth more than whoever I’d pick up in the 5th. My roster is pretty unbalanced with little depth at any position except WR and DST.

I’ll keep playing in the league indefinitely but my interest in football and fantasy football is pretty near zero. I haven’t watched the draft, kept up with any news, watched any preseason games, or anything like that. It’s been waning for years. I guess that just happens, sometimes you’re really into something for a while and then that interest fades. Doesn’t help that the Browns went villain last year but it was already on the way out before that.That can’t bode well for the quality of my team ownership going forward but I’ll still manage my teams, occasionally check the news, etc.
